The company headquarter is situated in Republic of Moldova. When the Kepard founders started the service they wanted to create simple but a secure tool for online privacy.
Available Protocols :
- PPTP, L2TP and OpenVPN (UDP and TCP) are available by using Kepard vpn services.
- The PPTP protocol is recommended for most uses of the VPN. It assures a fast speed comparing with other protocols, especially for P2P and torrent use.
- OpenVPN is usually used by users who have a blocked access to PPTP and L2TP, by having internet trough a proxy network.
- The OpenVPN UDP also has the fastest speed if comparing with L2TP or OpenVPN TCP(which has a better encryption, but is slower).
- On mobile devices Kepard can be used only with PPTP and L2TP protocols.
