First Dial 000117 , then after that dial 8773444240, now after this when you hear the voice "Welcome to AT&T" and it asks for Extension number, dial 111, after that when it asks for id dial 
ID-8132470#, 8897188#, 8989226#,8123456#, 8123439#, 812345#, 8738222#
for password dial 1234#, and now when your phone gets connected tell your friend to follow the same procedure and now you and your friend can talk for free.
